The Asthma Society has launched a new gardening booklet entitled
"Gardening With Asthma and Allergies and Creating an Allergy-Friendly Garden". The booklet aims to provide information to all those with asthma and allergies on how to avoid triggers in the garden and how to plant a more allergy friendly garden. Avoidance is key in allergy and asthma relief.
