Wexford Soccer Match Huge Success!

The Charity Soccer Match held in aid of the Asthma Society of Ireland in Enniscorthy, County Wexford at the Neil O'Sullivan Park, Sean Browne Court on Sunday 3rd August has been hailed as a huge success. The event which was organized by John Paul Cloake, Johnny Dreelan, Willy Peare and Asthma Society board member Anne Robinson, raised an incredible 8000€ for the Asthma Society of Ireland.

The teams, the Morgan Park Dream Team and the Johnny's Shambles Team had an exciting finale to the match when they drew 1-1, leading to a penalty shoot out, which saw the Morgan Park Dream Team triumph in the end , winning 5-4 over the Johnny Shambles Team!

The prize giving ceremony took place in Shenanigans Bar in Enniscorthy after the match, where lots of fun was had by all who attended, including former Republic of Ireland Soccer International superstar Paul Mc Grath!
