Since
I was young and was told I had asthma I have never let
it influence my life. I was always told sport would help
it and not to sit back. I have since won schools cup medals
in rugby and lived an active sporting life. I currently
enjoy all forms of water sports including wakeboarding,
surfing and skiing.
I also play 1st division rugby with Clontarf RTC. Asthma
cannot stop me taking part in what I love. I use my
inhalers regularly and I would rarely suffer any attacks.
My advice is that life is for living and asthma does not
have to interfere with it.
